Our school sits within beautiful grounds and our spacious, welcoming building is full of energy, laughter and learning. There is a real sense of joy here, and I feel genuinely privileged to be the Headteacher walking alongside each child as they begin and continue their learning journey with us.

We believe that every child is unique, with their own strengths, interests and potential. Whether it's in the classroom, on the stage, or out on the sports field, we’re passionate about helping each individual discover their ‘magic key’ that unlocks confidence and inspires a lifelong love of learning. We feel that our role is to support children to take risks, challenge themselves and explore new ideas, all within a safe and nurturing environment.

Our curriculum - rooted in the National Curriculum but shaped by our own Rivermead approach - is knowledge-based, enquiry-led, and designed to engage and inspire. It encourages children to ask questions, think critically, and develop the skills they’ll need not just for school, but for life.

I’m incredibly lucky to lead our dedicated, enthusiastic and talented team of staff who go above and beyond,  every single day, for our pupils. We are all united by a shared commitment to helping every learner to: dream, believe and achieve.
